Questions on applying Endpoint Enforce Agent Hot Fixes for 9.5 and up.

Question on Installing agent  patches: When do  I need to copy patch to the <Drive Letter>:\RSA\patches\agent  folder (located on the EM)

Do I need to generate  a new Endpoint Agent Enforce agent msi, after Service Pack and Hot Fix installed on existing system?

Resolution
Answer: It depends on what is included in the Hot Fix/Service Pack. If the patch contains an .msp file, then you need to copy the file to the patch folder prior to clicking the "Deploy Agent Patch Button"

Answer: Yes for future Endpoint Enforce Agent Deployments, it is best to generate a new agent.msi package
