Issue
"FSGUI-34203 : Host already configured" when clicking on Add Host
Unable to configure new host to add encryption
Error "Host configuration failed. Adapter already exists." when clicking on Configure
Cause
The host has already been configured by another officer
Resolution
To see which officer has already configured a host, you can run the following SQL query against FSM database:

select host_name, createdby from vdsf_adapter_hst where host_name='rac20.vcs.na.rsa.net'
